We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new hosting accounts. If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of your initial purchase, you are eligible for a full refund of your hosting fees.

This guarantee applies to:

  • Shared Hosting plans

  • WordPress Hosting plans

  • Reseller Hosting plans


Non-Refundable Items and Services

While we strive to be flexible, certain costs incurred by Kaizen Momentum are non-refundable as they involve third-party providers or irreversible digital assets.

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Domain Names: Once a domain is registered, it is yours for the duration of the term. Registration, renewal, and transfer fees are non-refundable.

  • SSL Certificates: Fees for SSL certificates are generally non-refundable once the certificate has been issued.

  • Setup & Migration Fees: Any administrative fees for custom account setups or website migrations.

  • Software Licenses: Third-party licenses (e.g., cPanel, Softaculous, LiteSpeed) purchased through our platform.

  • Service Violations: Accounts terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service (e.g., spamming, abuse, or illegal content) forfeit their right to a refund.


Renewal Refunds

Refunds for automated renewals are available only if requested within 48 hours of the renewal transaction. After this window, renewal payments are considered final as resources are immediately allocated for the new term.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:

  1. Cancel your service through your billing dashboard.

  3. Include your transaction ID and a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund.

Processing Time: Once approved, refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days and will be credited back to the original payment method used during purchase.
